Any applicable charges are the responsibility of the customer. Customs processing times vary by country and may occasionally cause delays that are outside our control. In rare cases, shipments may be delayed, refused or returned by customs authorities. If an order is returned to us due to customs restrictions, refusal to pay import charges or an incorrect delivery address, the original shipping costs are non-refundable.
